Bring your own computer with Painter® installed - a graphics tablet is strongly suggested.
Registrants should be knowledgeable of Photoshop.

Fred Powell — Fred’s photographic career started
in 1982 when he and Shelba opened an in-home studio on 10 acres
in Hanover, Virginia. Since that time they have built a customer
base desiring fine portraits of families, children, brides and
seniors. Fred compliments the portrait business with digital copy
and restoration of old photographs. He is a past president of
the Virginia Professional Photographers’ Association. He
has been honored with the Fellow of Photography Degree from the
V.P.P.A. and the Photographic Craftsman Degree from the Professional
Photographers of America. He has received the Virginia Award and
The S.E.P.P.A Governors award. In 2003 he was recognized as an
Approved Photographic Instructor by PPA. Currently Fred shares
his knowledge by teaching PPA merit approved classes in both Adobe
Photoshop and Corel Painter.
